The RCZ from Peugeot

The RCZ from Peugeot

16th September 2009
RCZ was a stunning concept car from the French car maker Peugeot but they have just confirmed this superb 2 + 2 sports coupe will be in the Peugeot dealer showroom's next spring. The Peugeot RCZ production model made it's world premiere at the 2009 Frankfurt Motor Show and certainly caught the eyes of public.

The Peugeot RCZ has evolved from the popular 308 and will feature a range of 1.6 turbo petrol engines but a 2.0 diesel option will be available. For all the speed freaks the 1.6THP is the only option, pushing out a blistering 200bhp, lets hope the ride and handling is up to scratch!

This is a bold move from Peugeot as it will be going up against the likes of the Audi TT, but can this ground breaking car boost the Peugeot badge? If the RCZ does actually come up to the mark and oozes the styling and quality to match it's rivals then the price tag of less the £20,000 will ensure it's a winner for Peugeot.
